The ASAWCA jury

The entries for the Allmänna Sången and Anders Wall Composition Award are always reviewed by a reputable international jury. As a part of the competition's purpose of highlighting composers from all around the world, different acclaimed musicians have been invited to evaluate the competition entries throughout the years.

The members of the jury

The jury is always composed of four members, two of them being permanently assigned to the choir Allmänna Sången. Since the start, these two permanent members have been Robert Sund, composer and conductor of Allmänna Sången between 1970 and 1988, and Maria Goundorina, the choir's current conductor. Apart from the permanent jury members, two seats are reserved for acclaimed guest members, often internationally renowned composers or musicians.
