Uppsala choir Allmänna Sången regularily perform at events of all kinds, at anything from the Nobel banquet to your staff party! With a wide repertoire, the choir offers high-quality choral entertainment, as a full choir of up to 48 singers or in smaller ensembles of e.g. four or eight singers, all depending on what suits your event best.

 

Allmänna Sången is one of the Nordic region's oldest choirs and is often counted among the country's leading choirs. In a unique combination of longstanding tradition and an effort to constantly break new musical ground and explore new musical expression, Allmänna Sången has been awarded everything from a Swedish Grammy for best classical record, to first prize at some of Europe's most important choir competitions. The choir has i.a. appeared in contexts such as the Nobel Festival, Allsång på Skansen, the 400th anniversary of the Svea Court of Appeal, and appears regularly at Uppsala University's various ceremonies and parties.
